• The estimated production time is 2 to 5 weeks from the moment the order is confirmed and validated.
• Each order is assigned a specific slot in our design and production schedule, allowing us to stay organized and ensure timely and personalized delivery.
• This timeframe may vary based on the current volume of orders and the level of customization required.

We always do our best to complete your order as soon as possible without compromising quality.

📦 Shipping

• Shipping is completely free for all orders.
• Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number so you can follow your package.

🌍 International Shipping

• International shipments typically take 3 to 6 business days from the moment the package is dispatched.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and courier service.
• Any customs duties, import taxes or fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
