📜 Cancellation, Modification & Return Policy


📦 Returns

At RG Custom, every pair of sneakers is handcrafted in a personalized and exclusive manner for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reasons not related to an error on our part.


However, your satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, we offer returns or replacements only in the following cases:


  • ✅ The size received does not match the one selected in the order.
  • ✅ The design or model delivered is different from what was requested by the customer.


🔁 Size or Order Modifications

 

We understand that last-minute changes may occur. That’s why we allow size or minor design adjustments, as long as:


  • ✅ The design has not yet entered the production stage.
  • ✅ The customer contacts us as soon as possible to check the current status of the order.

 

📌 If the design process has already begun, modifications cannot be made.


📅 Design Scheduling & Order Cancellations

 

Once your order is confirmed and validated, a specific design and production slot is reserved in our schedule. This system allows us to work in an organized way, ensure proper personalization, and deliver orders on time.


For that reason, once an order has been confirmed, cancellations are not possible, as they would affect our production timeline and the orders of other customers.


📝 How to Request a Return or Replacement

 

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product received.
  3. The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.



Once the issue is verified, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

If your sneakers are damaged for reasons other than normal use or wear and tear, we offer free repair services, as we value your trust and want you to enjoy your product for as long as possible.
